He started West Coast Helicopters in 1987, acquiring Helinet Aviation in 1998. Today, Helinet Aviation has established itself as a premium provider of flight services to a variety of major markets, including motion picture, news, charter, medical and government. In 2012, Helinet acquired SHOTOVER Camera Systems, developer of the world's first gyro-stabilized camera system for shooting aerial footage in Ultra High-Definition, the next generation digital video.
